This route heads south from Canton towards the steeper, rolling hills of Hermon and Russell. See the Grasse River in different modes: placid and still along the Lazy River Road; fast moving and rushing along Pestle Street. After the steep Category 4 climb of Kimball Hill, enjoy views of the St. Lawrence Valley, and spot the SUNY Canton Water Tower in the distance. A long descent from the top of Kimball Hill through the Hamlet of Pyrites concludes the ride.
